Armstrong Athletics is a sprint squad based in Bayside, Melbourne. The group was formed in 2013 when Brad Armstrong decided to pursue his coaching ambition. Our athletes compete predominantly within the Victorian Athletic League, culminating with the Stawell Easter Gift. Brad’s love of Professional Athletics stems from his father Evan, who enjoyed a successful career as athlete & coach. Brad was coached by Kerry McConnon for 8 years before spending 2 years under the guidance of Mark Hipworth.
